Going Deeper: Jesus discovered His PURPOSE by discovering His identity, the promise and the blessing. In the same way, we can discover our divine purpose when we journey through discovering our identity, the promise and the blessing. Purpose will diminish distractions, help you push through the pain, and empower you to please God.

Walk It Out: Discovering your purpose is key to walking a successful Christian life. If you know your purpose, great! Keep up the good work and keep moving forward! If you do not know your purpose, don’t be discouraged, start discovering it today! You might find out that you have been operating in your purpose to some degree already but haven’t been intentional about it. Here are some things that will help you discover more about your purpose. Get online and do a Core Value and Spiritual Gift assessment. Knowing these two things can help you know more about yourself and what you enjoy doing. Your purpose will have your core values and spiritual gifts entwined within it. God isn’t going to give you a purpose you hate, it will be something that gives you great joy! As you discover more about your purpose, share with a friend what you have discovered and possibly help them begin the journey too.
