Naturally Supernatural – The Power Grid

Naturally Supernatural – The Power Grid

1 Thessalonians 2:13

And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe.

God is at work. Jesus is doing the work, but God needs us to believe. He wants to see His intentions become a reality in our lives, BUT He will never force His will.

Psalms 33:12 (NLT)

What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord, whose people he has chosen as his inheritance.

We chose Him, and He desires us in the exact same moment.

Our choice of the light is the moment the Word longs for.

Our belief in the Word IS our moment of light. Nothing supernatural can happen to us without us seeing the supernatural wonder of the Father.

The Purpose of the Holy Spirit

John 15:26 (TPT)

“And I will send you the Divine Encourager from the very presence of my Father. He will come to you, the Spirit of Truth, emanating from the Father, and he will speak to you about me.

Belief is the beginning of the life of the supernatural!

He baptizes us in Jesus (introduces – makes believe possible)

Jesus baptizes us into Holy Spirit (introduces us to the supernatural)

The baptism of the Holy Spirit (the moment you admit that you cannot believe in Jesus on your own in a way that fully expresses all the Word means and achieves).

It’s not about your salvation it’s about your supernatural impact in a natural world that desperately needs God!

BELIEF IN JESUS (Relationship with God)

John 14:15-17

“Loving me empowers you to obey my commands. And I will ask the Father and he will give you another Savior, the Holy Spirit of Truth, who will be to you a friend just like me‚ÄĒand he will never leave you. The world won’t receive him because they can’t see him or know him. But you know him intimately because he remains with you and will live inside you.

Our current dispensation is not at the foot of the cross. We live in a supernatural period set aside for us to become the complete revelation of Jesus to the world.

Jesus is the complete revelation of God to man.

The Holy Spirit enables the church to become the full expression of Jesus to the world.

Spirit enables the intentions of the Father and the reality of the Word (supernatural) to become His full expression in the natural.

The Process of the Holy Spirit

Creation – Spirit ->Word ->Spirit

Genesis 1:2-3

The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

Genesis 2:7

Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.

Genesis 3:8

When the cool evening breezes were blowing, the man and his wife heard the Lord God walking about in the garden.

New Creation – Spirit ->Word ->Spirit

Isaiah 30:21

“Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.'”

John 1:14 NLT

So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.

John 16:7 NLT

But it is actually best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Counselor won’t come. If I do go away, he will come because I will send him to you.

Counselor: parakletos (par-ak’-lay-tos); an intercessor, consoler, advocate, comforter, helper.

Stepping into a life with the Holy Spirit is a comfort as it draws you into His glorious light.

Acts 19:1-3

While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus. There he found some disciples 2 and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”

Acts 7:51

“You stiff-necked people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are just like your fathers: You always resist the Holy Spirit.

John 14:16

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever…

John 16:13

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. John 16:13

Isaiah 30:21

“Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.'”

John 16:8

When (the Spirit) comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment. (Fear of God = putting down the things that offend Him)
